Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Accounting Manager just 30 minutes south of Cookeville, TN.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting functions: cash flow, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with U.S. GAAP
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and audit activities
- Provide analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Supervise and develop team members, balancing workloads and performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
Our Client Offers
- Base salary in the 80k-100k range
