Employer Industry: Cybersecurity Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Estimated base salary between $150K - $175K, plus commission and equity grants Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401k plan with match Unlimited PTO and reimbursement for cell phone charges Opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leadership team in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment Potential to shape the future growth and strategy of an innovative company in cloud security What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Understand customer business and security challenges to provide tailored solutions using Mitiga’s platform Engage with CISO’s and security operations teams to establish credibility in cloud and SaaS security Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the pipeline and drive revenue across the US Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver successful results What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry with a proven sales track record Experience in sales at early-stage startups (Seed to Series A) Demonstrated ability to manage mid-market and enterprise sales cycles effectively Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality and experience generating leads in greenfield territories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior executives How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) solutions and security operations tools Established network of relationships within the US cybersecurity space, particularly with security executives We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
