As a founding product engineer, you'll shape the product and technical vision, delivering intuitive, high-quality experiences that directly improve patient outcomes and reduce physician burnout.
What You Will Do Design & Ship Products - Build end-to-end healthcare software, from prototype to production. Craft Intuitive Experiences - Focus on details that improve usability, responsiveness, and delight. Contribute to Technical Vision - Make decisions on architecture, product direction, and AI integration. Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with design, clinical, and product teams to iterate rapidly. Leverage AI in Healthcare - Apply AI/ML to deliver personalized health insights and optimize workflows. What Will You Bring
4+ years of experience building production software, preferably at high-growth startups. Strong skills bridging design and engineering, with attention to detail and usability. Passion for AI in healthcare and improving real-world outcomes. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. BA/BS or equivalent in relevant field. Compensation & Perks
