for an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead large-scale
multi-family residential projects . With several major developments recently secured, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a construction professional ready to take ownership of complex, high-profile urban projects.
Job Description
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-family residential construction projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies. Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams to ensure alignment across all phases. Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and municipal agencies. Mentor and develop junior project managers and field staff. Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues. The Successful Applicant
8+ years of experience
in construction project management, with a strong focus on
multi-family or mixed-use developments . Proven track record of delivering complex, urban construction projects on time and within budget. Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and project delivery models. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
