Job Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of specialized programs, acting as the content expert in your field.
Manage a team of consultants and analysts to deliver outstanding services/products within your technical area.
Establish standards, procedures, and policies to maintain excellence in service delivery.
Guarantee that all reports are precise, timely, and meet client expectations.
Kaiser Permanente may periodically review and adjust job descriptions and employee statuses as needed, with notification to affected individuals.
Secondary Functions:
This role is part of the Patient Care Services Clinical Nurse Specialist Fellowship Program, which offers 100% tuition coverage at CSU Dominguez Hills. You will receive dedicated time for your studies and be paired with a CNS preceptor at a different facility for required clinical hours. Successful completion of the MSN CNS degree will lead to a Clinical Nurse Specialist position. To maintain your role, you must progress successfully through the program without academic interruptions. Travel will be necessary for this program, and you will be responsible for non-tuition-related educational expenses.
Basic Qualifications:
At least six (6) years of management or clinical leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree required.

Expertise in healthcare operations and care delivery.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Experience leading teams through collaboration and influence.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data.
Demonstrated consulting leadership abilities.
Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, openness, and a results-driven mindset.
Understand KP operations, health policy trends, and relevant regulations in your technical area.
Possess a current California license or certification in a relevant clinical field.
Willingness to work within a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred.
