Norfolk Truck Center is seeking an Experienced Parts Manager to lead our busy parts department. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in heavy-duty parts management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing delivery driver routes, supporting other dealer departments, and ensuring our customers get the right parts, just in time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day operations of the parts department
Manage and train parts staff to maintain excellent customer service and efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective ordering and stock management
Work closely with other dealer departments to ensure smooth internal operations
Develop vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for optimal profitability
Maintain accurate records, invoices, and reports in accordance with company policy
Qualifications & Experience
Customer-focused attitude with a drive for continuous improvement
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Heavy-Duty Truck Parts Manager role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with inventory management systems and parts catalog software (experience with CDK Drive, as well as Cummins, International, and Aftermarket Parts lookup systems)
Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make informed business decisions
