The Guthrie Clinic's Robert Packer Hospital anesthesiology residency program seeks a pediatric anesthesiologist to oversee didactic and clinical education of residents.
This candidate should be fellowship trained in pediatric anesthesia.
This anesthesiologist will have the opportunity to conduct clinical research with the aid of the Guthrie Foundation.
Guthrie's Epic electronic health record facilitates retrospective reviews.

Robust EHR used in all areas, including operating room (Epic 10-star health system, top 1% of Epic Organizations) Anesthesia Department manages OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient work day 0.1 FTE Administrative Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
Above industry average salary up to $575K total compensation $25K Starting Bonus, $25K retention bonus each year for the following 3 years $15K quality/citizenship bonus available yearly Full benefits including medical, dental, vision and disability insurance Malpractice/liability insurance including tail coverage 403B and 457B retirement options, HSA option Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate, and renewals Work-Life Balance
