Join a dynamic credit and collections team within a leading $2B manufacturing company. We’re seeking a Credit Analyst to serve in a floating support role, assisting across portfolios and regions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys investigative work, and can confidently navigate complex account scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
Support collectors by managing severely past-due accounts (180+ days).
Review customer contracts to understand billing terms and collection procedures.
Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Update invoice status, credit limits, and account standing in Cforia (AR system).
Investigate vague or misrouted invoices and ensure proper allocation to business units.
Accept and apply payments accurately, including partial, duplicate, or misapplied transactions.
Reconcile accounts with complex payment histories (e.g., multiple credits, overpayments).
Collaborate with AR and Sales teams to resolve account issues and ensure accurate reporting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must have 1+ years of experience as a collections specialist
Candidates must have 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, specifically using vlookps, pivot tables, and running report. We need to Excel test.
Candidates must have 1+ years of experience working with reconciling accounts.
Candidates must have 1+ years of experience communicating with clients to release orders, judge credit status and increase/update credit limits.
***Experience with liens is important in this role is highly preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
