The
Program Administrator
is the operational leader at the heart of Respite4Kids - ensuring excellence, compliance, and connection every step of the way.
This position is ideal for a
detail-oriented, data-driven, and compliance-focused professional
who thrives in fast-paced environments. You'll engage directly with respite providers, caregivers, and families to ensure seamless onboarding, accurate documentation, and timely Medicaid billing support.

while ensuring every process meets the highest standards of quality and care. Key Responsibilities Manage the
intake and onboarding
process for respite providers and OhioRISE youth Maintain
Medicaid billing documentation
and ensure full regulatory compliance Utilize
Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Tracking)
for reporting and audit management Track, analyze, and present program data and metrics to leadership Serve as the
primary contact
for providers, caregivers, and families Resolve issues and discrepancies with professionalism and empathy Collaborate across departments (Finance, IT, and Care Coordination) to ensure efficient program operations Represent
Respite4Kids
at community events, vendor fairs, and stakeholder meetings Qualifications Associate's degree required;
Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years of experience
in administrative, compliance, or healthcare billing roles Background in
Medicaid billing or healthcare compliance
strongly preferred Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Validation, Tracking Sheets) required Exceptional
attention to detail
and strong organizational skills Excellent
communication, customer service, and problem-solving
abilities Ability to
travel locally and regionally
