Spring Arbor of Williamsburg, 935 Capitol Landing Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185 Starting Pay:
$16.56/hour (higher rates based on experience)
Spring Arbor Senior Living of Williamsburg is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Part-Time Personal Care Aides (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living team. If you're passionate about helping seniors and want to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
Position Details: This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, with shifts including every other weekend. Available shifts are 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting) Support residents during meals and planned activities Monitor and report changes in resident health or behavior Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance as needed Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and occasional phone support Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years of age Active CNA license or PCA certification (required) CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Must be compassionate, reliable, and a team player
