This pivotal role will focus on establishing a unique analytics capability within the finance department, emphasizing high-level analytical assessments to verify reported results, articulate financial changes, and serve as a safeguard against discrepancies. This position transcends traditional variance analysis, aiming to enhance financial storytelling, increase accuracy, and empower informed decision-making. The VP will lead the creation of standardized performance reporting, spearhead management basis accounting reviews, and ensure the generation of account-level insights through robust analytical controls. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or CA designation strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience is required, along with a comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards. This role necessitates demonstrated expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, proficiency in ERP and financial systems, and experience managing external vendors.
