Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Conduct inspections to verify safety and performance
Record maintenance work and parts usage accurately
Respond to work orders and emergencies promptly
Work collaboratively to improve uptime and reliability
Follow all safety standards and procedures
Complete other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Six (6) months minimum mechanical work experience documented in your application work history, or completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be combined across employers)
Rehire eligibility: after 90 days away, with fewer than three prior terms of employment
Must be 18+ with valid identification
Willingness to use basic hand tools
Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing
Ability to read/understand assignments
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs up to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft, stand for long periods, and work in hot/cold or inclement environments
