Premier Acceptance, a Tom Wood company, is looking to add a Collections Account Specialist to our team! Premier is a leading automotive financial lender. We work with a large number of franchise and independent dealers within Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. Our team provides top-notch customer care throughout the life of the loan.
Responsibilities:
Meet collection goals to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers Build relationships with customers to assure long term success of their accounts Work with other members of the team to ensure customer satisfaction Complete documentation and maintain compliance for assigned accounts Qualifications:
Collections, customer retention experience required High School diploma required, some college is preferred Enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a ability to thrive in a team environment Working knowledge of the consumer loan collections process Must be customer focused and comfortable in a fast past environment Excellent communication skills Bilingual, English & Spanish a plus Required-valid driver's license, with clean record Benefits:
