We are seeking a friendly, upbeat, detail-oriented
Senior Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher . The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in a customer service/dispatching role in a home services company. (Experience in an electrical service OR electrical supply company - a plus!) A calm demeanor under pressure, and a curious, investigative mindset are necessary to ensure operations run smoothly and our customer service is top-notch.
What's in It for You Competitive salary : $50,000 - $60,000. Health Insurance:
Available after 90 days, with the company paying 100% of the premium for the employee. Retirement Plan:

This is a hybrid position with 1 - 2 days in our Centennial office and the remaining days working remotely. Work-Life Balance & Respect:

Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and urgency. Assist clients with inquiries, scheduling, and service issue resolution. Coordinate dispatch activities and optimize technician schedules. Troubleshoot and reconcile any dispatching/booking issues between technicians and customers. Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat. Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan (our CRM). Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation. Follow up on leads and customer feedback from multiple sources. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless scheduling and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
A
minimum of three years of experience in customer service and dispatching
within a trades environment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. ServiceTitan experience preferred. Must be a self-starter, proactive in reviewing calls, technician jobs, AR, and more. High school diploma required; further education a plus. Bilingual skills are a bonus.
