Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inspection practices, quality audits, and regulatory compliance, particularly within aerospace and medical device manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough inspections of components and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Use vision inspection systems to evaluate product quality and detect defects. Conduct quality audits in alignment with ISO 13485 standards and FDA regulatory requirements. Collaborate with production teams to ensure parts and assemblies meet specified quality standards. Document inspection outcomes, report non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and audits for traceability and compliance. Assist in developing, implementing, and improving quality assurance procedures and protocols. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in QA/QC within aerospace or medical device manufacturing (required). Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations (highly desirable). Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools, including calipers. Familiarity with vision inspection systems and internal quality audits is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
