Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
Oversee the development and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery. Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant
The Project Manager should have:
6+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam and other construction related software Strong communication skills - written and verbal Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
