Key Responsibilities Perform thorough psychological, neuropsychological, and behavioral evaluations; generate concise diagnostic reports and actionable recommendations. Develop and execute tailored treatment and Behavioral Support Plans adhering to Michigan AFC Licensing requirements and ethical guidelines. Provide both individual and group therapy, as well as clinical education and training. Lead interdisciplinary teams by fostering agreement on treatment objectives and ensuring the delivery of consistent, evidence-based care. Consult with families, referral sources, funding organizations, and community partners. Engage in program development, quality enhancement, and research initiatives to enhance brain injury rehabilitation. Represent Hope Network in professional settings (conferences, workshops), promoting our leadership in neuro rehabilitation. Maintain precise EMR documentation, achieve productivity goals, and fulfill requirements to transition from Limited License to Full License. What You Bring Educational Background: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Health Psychology from an accredited institution. Licensing: Doctoral Educational Limited License in Michigan required upon hiring, with the ability to secure Full Licensure within 12 months. Preferred Experience Formal clinical training in health service psychology meeting doctoral education standards. Proven ability in neuropsychological assessment, therapy, and consultation. Experience working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team; leadership experience is advantageous. Skills: Excellent clinical writing, EMR documentation, communication, public speaking, and training abilities. Why Join Us?
