Job Description
As the Senior Manager, Digital Programming you will work with all internal departments and will cultivate and manage all external third-party relationships to ensure the success of the Digital Programming business objectives. You will report to the VP, Content Partnership Development, and will lead strategy and development of digital partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Support the overall strategy for digital business, identifying growth opportunities across all areas including monetization and distribution, and driving Peacock subscriptions
Lead commercial distribution business, working with third-party distribution partner and internal team on strategy, programming and promotion
Track analytics on all partnerships and initiatives, working with internal and external research teams to provide data and analysis. Set and track against KPIs and ROI
Establish yearly goals and execute and track against those goals
Work with all internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Production, Sales, Editorial and Business Development to ensure goals are met
Work with Sales team to maximize Digital revenue, identifying opportunities and working with them on execution and integration
Liaison with FAST channel team on programming and distribution opportunities
Will support other business initiatives and priorities across the Programming team as needed
Digital Partnership responsibilities:
Lead the You Tube business, including setting goals; seeking additional opportunities and expansion
Lead all third-party digital partnerships including current partners such as Yahoo, MSN and Apple News, working with internal teams and partners to achieve goals and maximize revenue. Identify new areas of opportunity
Seek out additional distribution opportunities, based on current business strategy and priorities
Work with internal teams to set goals and execute them for nbcsports.com
Audio Partnership responsibilities:
Lead the Audio business, setting strategy and goals, and executing against them
Identify new distribution and monetization opportunities for Audio (Streaming and podcast network)
Lead third party partnerships for Audio, including: Sirius XM; iHeart Media
Qualifications: Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum seven (7+) years’ professional experience in related field – digital media, partnership development
Desired Characteristics:
Experience working in media preferred
Possess a high level of initiative
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Detail and deadline oriented
Team player
