Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • The Functional Consultant will work directly with clients to define, implement, and govern master data across multiple critical domains, including Health Care Providers (HCP), Health Care Organizations (HCO), Patient, Person, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), Asset, and Products. Experience with the technical stack (MDM, ETL/DQ/IICS, Snowflake, DBT, WebMethods, EDS) within a medical device or life sciences environment is essential. • Knowledge of end-to-end solutioning on MDM projects • Requiring deep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), data integration using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), data warehousing with Snowflake, enterprise data services (EDS), and the WebMethods integration suite

Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Client Engagement and Business Analysis: o Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., commercial, sales, operations, quality, regulatory) and the technical implementation team o Lead and facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams to define business processes, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into MDM functional specifications o Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states for master data domains • MDM Solution Design and Implementation: o Design and document the functional aspects of the MDM solution, including data models, data governance policies, business rules, matching and merging logic, and survivorship criteria o Define data quality rules and profiling requirements, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and integrity across the mastered domains o Work closely with the technical team to ensure that the MDM configuration and technical design align with the documented business requirements o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, assisting with test execution, and resolving functional issues • Data Governance and Domain Expertise: o Enforce data governance standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EFPIA) related to the management of HCP, HCO, and Patient data o Develop and maintain documentation for MDM processes, configurations, data standards, and operational procedures o Provide expert guidance on best practices for managing master data in the specified domains (HCP, HCO, Patient, Person, CAPA, Asset, Products) • Technical Collaboration: o Collaborate with ETL/data engineering teams using IICS to define data mapping, transformation logic, and data flow from source systems into the MDM hub o Partner with data warehousing teams using Snowflake and DBT to ensure mastered data is correctly integra ted and modeled for downstream reporting and analytics o Coordinate with integration teams to define the requirements for APIs and data services (using WebMethods, EDS) for real-time and near-real-time data synchronization • Technical Skills: o Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and experience with data integration tools like Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) o Familiarity with modern data warehousing and transformation concepts using Snowflake and DBT o Knowledge of integration platforms such as WebMethods and Enterprise Data Services (EDS) o Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, profiling, and validation • Training and Support: o Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for business users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new MDM solution o Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the MDM solution

Generic Managerial Skills, If any • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams • Domain Expertise: Experience in mastering data domains such as Person, Patient, Product, HCP, HCO, Asset, CAPA • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 a Year
