Residential Roofing Superintendent
to oversee daily operations and lead residential roofing crews across the Valley. You’ll be the boots-on-the-roof leader responsible for ensuring projects are executed with precision, quality, and safety. This role requires a driven team leader who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and knows how to keep residential crews on track—from initial tear-off to final inspection. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage a daily team of 3–6 roofing professionals, including 1 foreman and multiple crew members Coordinate daily project labor and resource needs across multiple job sites Monitor and enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols Inspect work for quality, timelines, and compliance with project specs Support the team on-site as needed—including hands-on problem-solving Communicate with customers, crews, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution Manage job-site documentation and reporting through mobile tech and checklists Present a clean driving record (MVR required); company vehicle and gas card provided Uphold and promote company values and professional standards on every job site Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Hands-On Leader

– Comfortable using mobile apps for job tracking and communication Experience and Education Requirements 3+ years of residential roofing experience strongly preferred 1+ years of field leadership or crew management experience Familiarity with Arizona building codes and residential roofing practices Prior experience with fall protection systems and safety gear required Must own proper roofing boots and PPE Working Conditions and Physical Demands Work is performed outdoors on residential roofs in varied Arizona weather Frequent standing, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and crouching Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs This is a safety-sensitive role: focus, attention to detail, and adherence to protocol are critical Work week is Monday through Saturday, with some evening or weekend flexibility as needed Local travel across the Phoenix metro area is required; occasional overnight travel may occur If this sounds like the right opportunity for you send a resume to bmcivor@talentsphere.ca or confidentially call me at 469 498 2002 ext 748.
