Trillium is seeking a Corporate Lean & Sigma Black Belt in Burlington!
This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a Corporate Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt to lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives in manufacturing. This is a full-time, on-site position will focus on deploying the Manufacturing Production System (MPS), facilitating Hoshin Planning, and driving Lean and Six Sigma projects that deliver measurable financial and operational results. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality to advance a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities also include developing and delivering training programs, coaching certification candidates, and managing project portfolios that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: -Lead large-scale Lean and Six Sigma projects delivering quantifiable business impact -Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functional areas -Facilitate Hoshin Planning processes and support the deployment of the Manufacturing Production System (MPS) -Develop and deliver Lean/Six Sigma training and mentorship for Green Belts and other team members -Collaborate with executive and site leadership to align improvement projects with corporate goals -Track, analyze, and report project progress and financial returns
Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday. Annual salary is $85,000 - $120,000 DOE.

-Engineering background (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred) -Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP -Minimum 7 years in process improvement, quality, or operational excellence -At least 5 years within a mature Lean & Six Sigma culture leading large projects ($500k+ range) -Minimum 3 years managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment -Proven change agent with strong communication and influence skills -Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities -Hands-on, “boots-on-the-floor” approach with strong operational engagement -Expertise in Minitab, including experience teaching it to others -Willingness to travel between sites and relocate to WA or SC as needed
