Lab Customer Service Representative

Lake Success, NY ! This role is onsite / in person.
Type:
3-month contract, with potential for extension
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm, Some Saturdays
Pay:
$16 to $17/hr
Location:
Lake Success, NY 11042
Responsibilities of the Lab Customer Service Representative:
• Resolving customer issues and complaints
• Providing accurate information and support services
• Processing orders
• Maintaining detailed records of all interactions
Qualifications for the Lab Customer Service Representative:
• HS Diploma or GED
• Lab experience
• Customer service experience

Pay Details:
$16.00 to $17.00 per hour
