Purchasing Clerk

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in East Phoenix who is in search of a Purchasing Clerk to join their team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our daily operations by managing procurement activities, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and supplies. This is a fully onsite position with a consistent weekday schedule, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. The hourly range is between $25/hr-$27/hr. Key Responsibilities: Place purchase orders for materials, parts, and supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate pricing or terms as needed Track and follow up on open orders to ensure timely delivery Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal departments on procurement needs Resolve discrepancies with orders, invoices, or deliveries Maintain accurate records and documentation of purchasing activities Qualifications: Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar administrative/logistics role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and purchasing/inventory software Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus) If you are interested, please apply now!

Pay Details:

$25.00 to $27.00 per hour
