Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting. • Process and manage payroll for various clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. • Prepare and file sales tax returns, staying updated on state and local tax regulations. • Maintain general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end closings. • Generate financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Actively provide valuable ideas to clients, working closely with them to ensure financial clarity and success. • Collaborate with the team on due dates and project movement. • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed. • Positive, humble, and thankful spirit that enjoys serving clients and teammates. Qualifications: • Passion for delivering excellent client service. • Strong current knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax compliance. • Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar role (3+ years preferred). • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred). • Solid accounting background with a focus on small to medium-sized businesses. • Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. • Ability to learn independently and adapt to a changing environment. • Certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor are a plus. Compensation: $45,000+ per year DOE

Compensation: $45,000 per year
