Job Description
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. Create and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Build and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment. Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and terms. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the construction process. Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project correspondence. Address and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the construction process. Oversee the project closeout process, including final inspections and client acceptance. Address any outstanding issues and ensure client satisfaction. The Successful Applicant
8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor MUST have experience with ground-up new construction projects greater than $25 million Strong preference for previous healthcare project experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable Applicable project management software proficiency Excellent communication skills including the competency to lead presentations and client meetings Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals Business & financial acumen Local to Charleston market preferred, however will consider relocating candidates What's on Offer
Senior title eligible for qualified candidates Base salary contingent on experience Annual bonus based on project profitability and individual performance Vehicle allowance + gas card Company provided laptop & cellphone Great benefits package: health insurance, short & long term disability, 401K with company match, 3 weeks PTO + holidays
