Tax Practice Group

San Francisco

Silicon Valley
office.
Position Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional tax matters across a range of industries and clients, including
public and private companies, private funds, portfolio companies, and alternative investment vehicles . The ideal candidate will have experience advising on the
tax aspects of fund formations, limited partner investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactions . Key Responsibilities Advise on the tax implications of corporate, fund, and partnership transactions Draft and review transaction-related documents and agreements Manage deals efficiently while coordinating with clients and cross-office teams Provide strategic tax planning and structuring advice to clients Maintain strong communication with clients and team members throughout the transaction process Qualifications 3-6 years of transactional tax experience at a law firm Strong knowledge of fund formations, M&A, and partnership tax matters Excellent drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple complex deals and deadlines Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Admission to the California Bar preferred Compensation Salary Range (CA):
