The candidate will design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows, while ensuring performance optimization and compliance with ITIL standards.
Rate Range:
$41/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices. Write and deploy scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting tools to customize modules and automate processes. Work across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, delivering tailored solutions as per project needs. Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID servers. Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance with ITIL standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior developers, translating business needs into technical solutions and maintaining coding standards. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and platform customization. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting tools, with experience across modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD. Proven ability to develop and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure platform performance and compliance with ITIL standards. Pay Details:
$41.00 to $56.00 per hour
