Maintenance Technicians

to join our team. The plant operates on a 4-day workweek schedule, Monday through Thursday and occasional Fridays.

Job Description/Responsibilities What Will You Be Doing?

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the bottling equipment; this includes completing preventative maintenance tasks, assisting the production technicians with breakdowns and new installations as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and variable frequency drives (VFD)

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with machinery, utilizing your strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

Identify and resolve PLC-related problems, utilizing your PLC troubleshooting skills

Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications/Requirements What Are We Looking For?

Qualifications/Requirements

3+ years of prior Maintenance or Mechanic work experience required

Ability to work 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, on either day or night shift with overtime on Fridays as necessary

Days: 7:00am-5:00pm

Nights: 5:00pm-3:00am

Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair machinery issues

Knowledge of machine safety inspections and adherence to safety regulations

Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred

Associate's or technical degree, preferred
