Job Overview: The Project Manager - Advanced will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires advanced project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in advanced or complex projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $70 - $85
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
