Job Overview
As an
NDT Level II Technician , you will perform
industrial CT scanning, digital radiographic inspections, and non-destructive evaluations (NDE)
on high-precision components. Youll also have the opportunity to
collaborate with metrology and engineering teams , applying
3D data analysis techniques
to improve defect detection, reverse engineering, and dimensional validation. This role is ideal for an NDT professional looking to

Key Responsibilities Perform
X-ray CT scanning and digital radiographic (DR) inspections
on a variety of materials and components. Interpret
CT scan data and radiographic images , identifying defects, inconsistencies, and structural integrity issues. Ensure compliance with
ASNT, NAS410, ASTM, and other industry standards
for NDT. Work closely with
metrology and engineering teams
to integrate
3D scan data, reverse engineering, and dimensional analysis
into inspection workflows. Utilize
PolyWorks and other metrology software
for
data analysis and quality reporting . Maintain and calibrate
NDT and CT scanning equipment
to ensure optimal performance. Document inspection results and communicate findings with
quality assurance, production, and R&D teams . Stay up to date with
emerging NDT technologies, automation, and AI-driven image processing . Required Qualifications
NDT Level II certification in Radiographic Testing (RT) and/or Computed Tomography (CT) . Hands-on experience with
industrial X-ray, digital radiography, or CT scanning . Strong analytical skills for
interpreting CT scan images and digital radiographic data . Familiarity with
PolyWorks or other metrology/inspection software
for dimensional validation. Understanding of
NDT safety protocols and radiation safety procedures . High attention to detail with the ability to
analyze and report complex imaging data . Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
aerospace, medical devices, automotive, or high-precision manufacturing . Knowledge of
3D scanning, reverse engineering, and metrology-based inspections . Exposure to
AI-driven defect detection and automation in NDT . Strong documentation and reporting skills for
technical communication and process improvements .
