Job Description: Seeking an Applied AI Engineer to develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI and Machine Learning applications, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks. This role involves leveraging pre-trained models, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and retrieval-based techniques to create intelligent, scalable, and explainable products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise environments, a strong understanding of model evaluation and observability, and the ability to collaborate across teams to translate research into production.
Required Skills: •
3-5 years of experience within AI/ML engineering • Proficiency in Python for building APIs, applications, and data workflows • Experience working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar • Exposure to evaluation and observability tools within ML or AI systems • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Chroma) • Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and multi-step reasoning • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus / Soft Skills: • Experience developing LLM-powered workflows or agentic applications • Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, or other cloud ML platforms • Knowledge of LLMOps, including evaluation pipelines and model monitoring
