Qualifications

High-Stakes Lead Generation & Business Development

• Hunt for and close qualified leads through strategic cold outreach campaigns

• Master the art of cold calling and turn prospects million dollar deals

• Attend exclusive industry events nationwide (all expenses paid) to network with C-suite

executives

• Build and nurture a pipeline of referral partners who send you premium leads

VIP Account Management & Growth

• Be the trusted advisor to our most exciting client roster

• Identify and develop upselling opportunities• Work directly with brand executives from high growth companies across various

industries

• Coordinate with our elite operations teams on high-profile campaigns

• Drive account expansion that directly impacts your promotion timeline

Executive Partnership & Strategy

• Support one of the industry's top sales performers (your future mentor)

• Handle high-level scheduling and communication for maximum efficiency

• Manage strategic follow-ups that close business

• Prepare materials for presentations to household-name brands

• Gain insider access to executive-level sales strategies and tactics

Travel & Networking Opportunities

• Represent Hawke Media at premium conferences and events locally and across the

country

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level or senior sales executives

• 2+ years of SDR or inside sales experience with proven lead generation results

• Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills with measurable success

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

• Willingness to travel 25-30% for conferences and events

• Experience in digital marketing or agency environment preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Highly Organized

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Previous experience in sales

• Familiarity with digital marketing services and terminology

• Experience with Hubspot

• Track record of exceeding lead generation targets
