Experienced Paralegal Real Estate Closings Title Entity Formations

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Paralegal to become a key member of our legal team. Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare legal documents for attorney review, including revisions and redlines. • Prepare corporate governance documents (operating agreements, resolutions, consents, addenda) for attorney review. • Conduct client interviews to gather facts and support accurate case development. • Coordinate with process servers and maintain well-organized case files. • Manage administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and tracking deadlines and reminders. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication. • Handle corporate and business law matters with minimal supervision, including entity formations, amendments, conversions, and obtaining EINs. • Assist with regulatory and business filings (trademark applications, nonprofit registrations, liquor licenses, etc.). • Draft demand letters, cease-and-desist letters, and contract term sheets for attorney review. • Participate in firm events and activities as needed. • Monitor matter progression and prepare monthly case status updates for clients. • Track all billable time and expenses with accuracy; confirm weekly submissions are complete. Qualifications: • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic computer skills. • Experience in a law firm setting. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly based upon experience
