Description of the role:

Frontier Ford is seeking a motivated SERVICE MANAGER to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. As a SERVICE MANAGER, you will be responsible for overseeing our service department and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of service advisors and technicians

Coordinate and schedule service appointments

Ensure quality control and timely completion of service orders

Resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive service management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair practices

Customer service-oriented mindset

Excellent CSI
