Job Description
Responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager include:
Develop project planes, timelines, and schedules, and ensure the align with the client expectations. Create and manage the project budget. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Lead and coordinate construction workers, architects, and engineers. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. The Successful Applicant
The Construction Project Manager will have the following:
4 year degree in related field minimum 3 years as a Construction Project Manager Commercial Construction experience (Projects up to $10M in value) Experience using Procore Willingness to learn and grow What's on Offer
