Job Description:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and evidence-based practice. While we welcome new graduates, we prefer at least one SLP with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Provide therapy sessions following best clinical practices and maintain detailed records of patient progress. Work collaboratively with the Clinic Director and interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required (CFY candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 12-16 patients per day in 30-minute therapy sessions with an hour lunch break. Benefits:
