We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator who will shape and safeguard the foundation of the technology that powers Torani's business and manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll lead the design and care of our server, network, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, and built for the future.

With expertise spanning virtualized, cloud, and network environments, you'll keep both IT and OT systems performing at their best while mentoring team members to elevate the organization's technical strength. You are the expert conductor of our virtualized and cloud environments, ensuring harmony across VMware, AWS, and our Windows and Linux servers. By balancing the unique needs of both IT and OT systems, you've created a secure, high-performing, and resilient foundation. Your skill in configuring and managing Cisco devices - from routers and switches to firewalls - has kept our networks optimized for speed, reliability, and security, empowering the business to run seamlessly. In doing so, you've built trusted partnerships with our business partners to ensure infrastructure aligns with both corporate and production needs. Escalation Point & Problem Solver:

When the most complex challenges arise across servers, networks, or OT devices, you have become the trusted guide. You've swiftly diagnosed and resolved issues that could otherwise disrupt operations, avoiding or minimizing downtime and risk. Through your collaboration with cross-functional, and external partners - you've shaped best practices in architecture, network design, and security standards that bridge IT and Operational Technology environments. Mentor & Innovation Driver:

You have elevated the skills and confidence of Torani's technical staff through engaging training, hands-on guidance, and accessible resources. By leading workshops and developing materials in areas like Cisco networking, server administration, and OT best practices, you've built a stronger, more knowledgeable, and self-sufficient team. Your awareness of industry trends and new technologies has inspired improvements that enhanced system reliability, bolstered security, and streamlined efficiency across IT and OT landscapes. You've partnered with People Team leaders to shape and optimize the onboarding and offboarding experience, while also aligning with department heads to identify emerging needs and ensure your initiatives deliver tangible impact across the business. BS Computer Science or equivalent preferred and 5+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering, with exposure to operational technology environments Preferred certifications:

CCNA AWS Solutions architect - associate VMWare certification

Proficiency of Windows Server, Linux. Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and file/print services Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra ID (hybrid identity scenarios) Proficiency in managing AWS resources (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Backup/DR) Strong understanding of security best practices (IAM roles, policies, etc.) Experience with Cisco network devices and configurations (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) Familiarity with OT protocols and systems (e.g., SCADA, PLCs) is a plus Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation

Salary Range:

$148,320.00 - $164,800.00
