Key Responsibilities:
Follow SOPs and batch records to meet production targets with minimal supervision.
Conduct line inspections and line clearances in ISO6-ISO8 cleanroom areas.
Perform material weighing, dispensing, formulation, and filtration of drug products.
Operate and maintain equipment such as autoclaves, part washers, syringe fillers, and mixing systems.
Calibrate and verify instruments (e.g., pH/conductivity meters, scales, pumps).
Oversee aseptic filling with strict adherence to aseptic techniques.
Perform cleaning and sanitization of ISO5 and ISO6 areas as per schedule.
Prepare media, buffer solutions, and maintain inventory of critical supplies.
Verify materials before use and submit required samples and documentation.
Accurately complete all documentation, including logbooks and batch records.
Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and escalate non-conformances.
Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste per EHS guidelines.
Train and support colleagues
Support tech transfer from Process Development to Manufacturing.
Actively seek ways to improve processes and reduce waste while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:
BS preferred OR 6+ years of related industry experience required.
Aseptic and GMP experience required
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Pay: $35-38/hr
1st shift, M-F
