Summary:

The Seasonal Cultivation Technician reports directly to the area Specialists and is responsible for maintaining, harvesting, trimming, and any other handling of the cannabis material throughout the cultivation process. Duties may take place inside the greenhouse or the hoop houses. The Seasonal Cultivation Technician is expected to work at an efficient pace, taking care to abide by established quality standards and state compliance at all times. The Seasonal Cultivation Technician will maintain a safe and clean work environment by following good current handling practices, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and complying with rules and regulations. The weekly schedule would be Monday and Tuesday 7:30a to 4p with the opportunity to sign up for more hours if available. This position also has the potential opportunity for full-time continuous employment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Watering, transplanting, cloning, spraying, crop maintenance, trellising, sanitation Weekly sanitation of all cultivation areas including equipment Harvest plants in the appropriate plant production area to ensure plants are handled properly so that each plant retains its identifying METRC plant tag, while meeting established efficiency KPI's. Perform the trimming of dried plants, ensuring trimmed leaf, trimmed flower, and stems or other waste are separated, from each other and per harvest batch, to be weighed and reported properly Ensure accuracy and traceability of trimming data by carefully collecting all plant material into its designated container with the associated METRC plant tag, after each plant is trimmed Perform weighing of plants or plant material during trimming and harvesting, as requested by the Cultivation Manager Immediately report any issues or deviations from quality standards to the area Specialists or Cultivation Manager throughout all cultivation phases and processes Sanitize tools, equipment and work area daily in accordance with established SOPs. Wear required and provided Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) to prevent contamination and abide by personal hygiene standards at all times Work in a timely manner, moving at an efficient pace, and always strive to increase productivity Cross training between post-harvest and Seasonal Cultivation Technician duties and responsibilities Follow all MMCP safety, legal, quality, process control policies and regulations. Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities:

N/A Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High school diploma 1-3 years of experience in a regulated production environment preferred Basic plant structure knowledge preferred Ability to communicate clearly and accurately Must comply with state regulations and guidelines Ability to pass a background check required Must be 21 years of age or older. Physical Requirements:

Long periods of prolonged standing and sitting Ability to observe and assess material that deviates from established company standards Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to perform manual labor tasks Must be capable of performing repetitive tasks for an extended period of time Some crouching or holding uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time Requires bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. Work Environment:

Similar to a busy manufacturing facility or warehouse Occasional exposure to loud trim machines (ear protection provided) and extremely bright lights (eye protection provided) Potential exposure to outdoor elements while working in hoop houses. Constant interaction with internal and external stakeholders
