We are seeking a
Data Manager
and a
Business Data Lead
to support the rollout of a critical pension data platform built on Vitech V3Locity version 10 with Oracle 19C. These roles work closely together to ensure data migration, governance, and business requirements are met while aligning with project schedules, compliance, and security standards.
Data Manager Role
The Data Manager will oversee all technical data management and governance activities, ensuring migration quality and maintaining data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Manage all data migration, governance, and audit activities across workstreams. Lead planning and oversight of data cleansing, conversion, and reconciliation processes into V3Locity/Oracle 19C. Maintain and align the Data Services Work Plan with overall project schedules. Develop data governance policies, directives, and reporting to ensure integrity and compliance. Provide leadership for bi-weekly reporting, dashboards, and risk tracking. Required Qualifications
8+ years of data management or migration leadership. Strong experience in data governance, reconciliation, and large-scale IT transformation projects. PMP or equivalent project management certification required. Familiarity with V3Locity/Oracle-based financial or pension systems preferred. Excellent organizational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Business Data Lead Role
The Business Data Lead will act as the bridge between business operations and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements and rules are properly translated into the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary business-side authority for data migration requirements and validation. Partner with technical leads to ensure legacy data is mapped correctly into V3Locity/Oracle 19C. Review and validate data cleansing and reconciliation activities against business rules. Document functional data requirements and dependencies for migration deliverables. Support training, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for business stakeholders. Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business data analysis, data governance, or functional data leadership. Strong understanding of business processes and data requirements in pension, insurance, or financial systems. Experience validating migration into platforms such as V3Locity/Oracle 19C. PMP or equivalent project management background preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
