Job Description: Join our team as a Senior Staff RF Antenna Engineer, where you will leverage your extensive expertise in antenna systems, element/mutual coupling, and free-space radiation performance. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in evaluating, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing antenna designs under tight deadlines. Your ability to integrate simulation, measurement, and practical implementation will be key to delivering effective solutions that meet stringent performance criteria. Key Responsibilities: Rapidly evaluate current antenna and array designs to identify performance deficiencies against requirements.

Diagnose and resolve challenges related to mutual coupling, beam distortion, impedance mismatch, and bandwidth issues.

Advise and implement design modifications for immediate performance enhancements.

Conduct expedited free-space radiation pattern measurements and compare the outcomes with simulation results.

Utilize high-fidelity EM simulations (HFSS, CST, FEKO, or similar) under tight schedules for rapid validation.

Assess antenna integration within host platforms considering mechanical, thermal, and electrical compatibility.

Provide urgent support for production and field troubleshooting, including on-site technical assistance when necessary.

Collaborate closely with RF systems engineers to ensure antenna performance aligns with system-level budgets and phase stability.

Generate clear and actionable evaluation reports for program stakeholders, often under time constraints.

Mentor junior engineers in effective diagnostic and problem-solving techniques.

Compensation Range:

$112,900 - $146,800 Note that the provided compensation range is a guideline. Factors considered when extending an offer include role responsibilities, location, market and business factors, and the candidate's experience and skills.
