Description
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our communication strategies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have a passion for storytelling through various mediums.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Draft and edit press releases, newsletters, and other written materials. Manage and update the organization's social media accounts to enhance audience engagement. Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure all staff are informed of key initiatives and updates. Assist in organizing and promoting events, including workshops and seminars. Monitor and analyze media coverage and public relations efforts to evaluate success and areas for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications role or similar environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Experience with graphic design tools and basic multimedia content creation is a plus. Benefits
