Industrial Millwright / Mechanical Technician

We're looking for a skilled, hands-on professional with strong mechanical aptitude to build, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and systems. This role requires expertise across multiple trades - including machine repair, pipefitting, sheet metal, millwright work, ironwork, and welding.
What You'll Do Install, maintain, and repair pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, gearboxes, shafts, bearings, seals, and couplings Fabricate and maintain piping and duct systems Perform equipment alignments, balancing, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and overhaul machinery and mechanical systems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings Safely rig, lift, and move heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, and dollies Assemble, align, and install equipment foundations and components Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives (OSHA & PSM compliance) What We're Looking For
Proven experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance Strong blueprint reading and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to plan work, solve problems, and make precision adjustments Comfortable working at heights and in a variety of environments Willingness to travel frequently What We Offer
