Wire Harness Assemblers & Avionics Technicians
to join our
Saxon Field Teams .
As an Avionics Technician/Wire Harness Assembler, you will prepare, cut, join, and assemble wire harnesses and cable harnesses.

Avionics Technician/Wire Harness Assembler, job duties:
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, work instructions, and other technical documentation. Use crimpers, wire cutters(both manual and automatic), and soldering tools. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers. Fabricate and assemble wire and cable harnesses to build finished products. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques. Electrical wiring and soldering
Preferred education and experience:
5+ years' avionics or wire harness assembly experience 5+ years' aerospace, defense, communications, or aviation experience IPC certification or additional technical education a plus
Working conditions:
Standing, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting Lifting and handling objects up to 40 pounds Standing for 10-12 hour shifts
