Description Join our team in a remote, full-time capacity to lead and manage payroll operations. You will oversee the payroll function, ensuring compliance and efficiency in processes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expertise in payroll systems and compliance with regulations is essential.
Key Responsibilities Lead and guide the payroll team to enhance payroll processes and operations. Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement and improve systems. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and compliance with regulations. Administer equity compensation and manage related reporting and compliance. Stay updated on legislative changes and provide strategic guidance to management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation. 10 years of payroll management experience with web-based applications. 5 years of supervisory experience and ability to interface at all management levels. Knowledge of payroll accounting and legal requirements.
