We're seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support reliable, efficient, and safe operation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
In this hands-on role, you'll manage maintenance scheduling through the Maintenance Management Software (MMS), oversee ISO calibrations and records, and perform preventative maintenance, set-ups, and repairs to ensure maximum uptime and quality output.
You'll also support facility maintenance as needed and may occasionally supervise mechanics and contractors.
What You'll Do
Schedule, track, and complete maintenance work orders using MMS (Fiix CMMS experience a plus). Perform and document ISO calibrations. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues to maintain production efficiency. Wire new equipment, read and create electrical schematics, and assemble automated systems. Fabricate parts, perform testing, and verify machine performance and product quality. Conduct preventative maintenance and root-cause analysis (RCA) to reduce downtime. Train operators on proper equipment use and assist with process improvements. Partner with Engineering on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Follow all safety, PPE, and regulatory standards including Lockout/Tagout and OSHA compliance. What You'll Bring
Two- or four-year degree in an industrial electrical discipline (Electrical Engineering, EET, Mechatronics, etc.). 4+ years of equipment maintenance experience with proven success in preventative maintenance programs. Strong skills in electrical systems (AC/DC, drives, PLCs, robotics), pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, and mechanical troubleshooting. Proficiency in MS Office and Maintenance Management Software. Ability to fabricate parts from drawings and concepts. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset. TQM knowledge and ISO 9001 familiarity are a plus.
If you're a self-motivated, hands-on technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to connect. This is an outstanding opportunity to advance toward a leadership role.
