Description Conduct thorough evaluations for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, utilizing standardized tools and observational insights. Design individualized treatment plans focusing on both immediate goals and overarching communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements. Implement personalized speech therapy sessions aimed at enhancing language, fluency, voice, and swallowing abilities. Engage with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to establish a cohesive and holistic approach to care. Educate patients and their families to facilitate progress beyond clinical therapy sessions. Provide periodic inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless care experience throughout the treatment process. Maintain precise and timely documentation complying with all state, federal, and organizational standards. Commit to continued education and collaboration with peers to stay at the forefront of the field. Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a nationally accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in case you are not already ASHA-certified. Certifications

Valid state licensure as a

Speech Language Pathologist . Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is highly preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment. Skills
