Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop and maintain complex financial models for business decisions, M&A, and scenario planning; Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast, delivering variance analysis and insights; Prepare financial packages for executive leadership and private equity sponsors; Enhance and standardize internal reporting tools and dashboards across the enterprise; Partner with accounting on timely and accurate monthly closes; Align financial and operational goals through cross-functional collaboration; Identify trends, risks, and KPIs; create solutions to enhance profitability and scale; Support pricing, capital investment, and cost-reduction initiatives; Manage PE sponsor reporting, including covenant tracking and investor deliverables; Contribute to strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, and synergy tracking; Requirements/Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred; 7+ years of experience in, ideally in FP&A, investment banking, or PE-backed companies; Experience in oil & gas, energy services, or multi-location B2B services is a plus; Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools; Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and financial reporting platforms; Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment with a hands-on and results-oriented mindset; High level of business acumen, communication skills, and executive presence; Proven ability to manage projects, lead change, and influence stakeholders across the organization.
Additional:
Occasional extended hours during budgeting cycles, month-end close, or special projects; Ability to travel approximately 20%
to company sites, including lab and field locations, for financial reviews, integration activities, or operational support.
Compensation & Culture:
