Job Description:
At Zep, the marketing team connects and coordinates with the various business functions throughout the organization (sales, channel marketing, product marketing, creative services, compliance). To support our growing customer base and product portfolio, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator for the Industrial channel who can step into the role and quickly take action to have an impact on the business. The Channel Marketing Coordinator - Industrial is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions and coordinating activities for sector trainings in the direct and distribution channels. These trainings enhance brand visibility and drive engagement with Zeps sales force which ultimately drives sales growth of the Zep brand in the industrial channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Support - Assist in the development and execution of B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as PowerPoint Presentations, brochures, email promotions, etc.
Develop content for marketing collateral for trade and consumer promotions
Market Research - Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors
Corporate Account Rollouts - Assist in the development of training materials new corporate business to the sales field
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and deliver projects on a timely basis
Easily get up to speed with company processes as well as look to continuously improve processes
Passion for learning the industrial business
Strong Interpersonal Skills with Sales and Sales Operations

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Business, or a related field
1-4 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B experience preferred)
Advanced skills and 1-2 years of work experience with PowerPoint required
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; Working knowledge of AI software; HubSpot a plus.
Collaborative team player able to take direction and achieve department goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
This position can be filled via Hybrid schedule in Atlanta (3 days home / 2 days in corp office) OR 100% Remote.
