About the Role:
We are looking for
New Construction Foreman
with a minimum of
5 years of HVAC experience
to oversee new construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams and ensure high-quality HVAC installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate new construction HVAC projects
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards
Train and support field technicians
Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
Maintain safety and quality compliance on job sites
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in new construction
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
